"As travel is part of my job, I have been exposed to so many coaches in the fitness industry. Coach JR has, by far, been the most effective and knowledgeable coach I've encountered. He takes his role as a coach extremely seriously and it reflects in his attention to detail and ability to break down the most advanced CrossFit Gymnastics movements to both new and veteran athletes. As a newer CrossFitter, JR made learning gymnastics less intimidating and more fun than any other coach I've worked with. I couldn't recommend him more for his knowledge, experience and professionalism. My go-to Coach for CrossFit and Gymnastics. 10 out of 10 for me."
